Quotations

Valid for 60 days from issue and only for the quantities as quoted.

Lead times/Orders

Minimum order value of £200 applies.

Delivery of stock items within 5 to 7 working days of receipt of order.

Delivery

Notification of queries and/or complaints must be notified to the supplier verbally or in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods (service) and/or invoice: whichever is the later.'

Title to the invoiced goods will only pass to the buyer/customer when full payment of the invoice is received by us.

Payment

All invoices raised in the current month will be due for payment by the end of the following month.

Payment accepted by direct transfer into our bank account, cheque or credit card.

General

The sale of goods and/or service between the buyer and the supplier shall be governed by English law.'
