Delivery

Can I specify a delivery date?

We are usually able to give a delivery date so long as we have sufficient notice and there are no difficulties booking in.

Can you deliver direct to our customer?

We can invoice you and deliver to your customer. This is subject to a minimum quantity which in turn depends on the product.

Is carriage Free?

Prices quoted are inclusive of carriage. Should order quantities drop below the stated case rate we reserve the right to charge carriage.

What are your delivery times?

We target to supply within one working week from receipt of order.

Do you have own transport?

All distribution is via carrier. We use different carriers dependent on location in order to give the best service.

Can you deliver next day?

24 hour delivery can be arranged however we will need to charge the difference for the additional cost.

Payment terms

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept credit cards, Visa & MasterCard.

Minimum order?

Minimum order is dependant on the product. It is usually around £200.

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are 30 days end of month.

Do you give discount for early payment?

All prices quoted are Net, 30 days. We do not offer early payment discount.

Can you own brand?

We can own brand subject to minimum quantities and agreements with packaging costs

Do you offer something that will perform better and more cost effective?

It is always our intention to supply the most cost effective wipe for the application.

Do you sell anything else apart from wipers?

Our whole range is nonwoven and textile wiping cloths.

Are the cleaning rags metal detected?

All recycled grades of rags are metal detected.

Can you produce products to our specific needs?

Yes, dependent on volumes and the raw material allowing the flexibility.
